To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy below: APPOINTMENTS BOOKING: Appointments can be made via our website or by contacting us directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Our online booking system is available 24/7 for your convenience. CONFIRMATION: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email or text message. Please review the details carefully and contact us if any changes are needed. DEPOSITS: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy ensures that our time and resources are reserved exclusively for you. CANCELLATION: To cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Rescheduling within 2 days of your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. NO-SHOWS: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a fee for future bookings. Consistent no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments with us. LATE ARRIVALS: If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to ensure that our next client is not inconvenienced. PAYMENT METHODS: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service. For deposits, payment can be made through our secure payment portal. TIPS: Gratuities are appreciated but not required. If you wish to tip your technician, you may do so in cash or add it to your payment. CLIENT SATISFACTION FEEDBACK: Your satisfaction is our top priority.
